Staff development is a crucial factor in the success of the Centre and there is a wide range of long-serving staff. All the staff employed at the Centre are CRB checked and are encouraged and supported to undertake youth work training. The full-time Senior Youth Worker, Assistant Senior Youth Worker and Programme Leader-in-Charge are all professional youth workers. The aim is to utilise the strengths of the existing staff and give volunteers training in order to be able to offer the wide range of activities that Fourth Feathers provides.
